Hey there! I'm Chrissy, the owner of Bob & Keek.

Bob & Keek was born out of love—love for two rescued cats who stole my heart, and even greater love for Jesus, who rescued me.

I was created by God to create. My passion is not only for creating high-quality, meaningful designs but also for using my work as a way to glorify God’s kingdom. Every product is made with creativity, care, and the hope that it can brighten someone’s day or spark a conversation about faith.

This is more than a business to me—it’s a ministry. I want everything I do to be a witness of God’s goodness, to encourage others, and to reflect the love of Jesus. Whether you’re wearing one of my shirts, sipping from a mug, or using a transfer in your own project, I hope you feel inspired and reminded of the joy we have in Him.

ORDER PROCESSING:

All items in my shop are handmade, with most created to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you know it’s on the way.

Please double-check that your email address is entered correctly at checkout—this is how you’ll receive all updates and communication about your order!

Orders are generally shipped within one week using USPS Priority Mail. I do ship internationally and the rate is subject upon entered international address and customs. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bob & Keek are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Free shipping is available to everyone in the USA on orders of $100 or more. 

Bob & Keek Boutique is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages damaged during shipping. Matters such as these must be taken up with the postal service. We appreciate you understanding. 

Changing Your Mind & Cancellations

Just like Bob & Keek 🐾, every order is one-of-a-kind! Because of this, cancellations can only be made within24 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already in motion, and we kindly ask for your grace and understanding.

RETURN POLICY:

Hey there! My hope is that you will love all of your purchases from my small business. All of our items are custom-made—just like Bob & Keek, one of a kind! 🐾 For that reason, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. But if we make a mistake, we’ll take responsibility and make it right for you. Please review each item and their description before purchasing, including sizing and size guides. Items that do not fit are not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Should your order be damaged in transit, please reach out with photos of the item and packaging. I will do my best to resolve the issue, and if necessary, guide you through filing a claim with USPS. Thank you for your grace and understanding. Please note: slight color variations may occur due to monitor resolution, lighting, or photo effects. These do not qualify as damaged items.

LOST PACKAGES:

Please note: once a package is in the care of the postal carrier or marked delivered, Bob & Keek are not responsible for loss or theft. This is marketplace standard, and we kindly ask for your understanding. Customers are also responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate. If an address is invalid or misspelled, reshipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
