Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

All items in my shop are made by hand, and most are made-to-order. Please allow 3-5 days up to a week to process your order. You will receive an email with tracking information to let you know your order is on the way once I have fulfilled your order! Please ensure the email you enter during checkout is correct, that is how you will receive communications and updates about your order! We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within one week using USPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $8.50 applies to domestic orders. I do ship internationally and the rate is subject upon entered international address and customs. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bob & Keek are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Free shipping is available to everyone in the USA on orders of $100 or more. 

Bob & Keek Gift Shop is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages damaged during shipping. Matters such as these must be taken up with the postal service. We appreciate you understanding.
